Billing / Payment Options

De Anza Water Conditioning, Inc. is pleased to be able to offer multiple options for remittance of monthly rental fees. In the interest of global greening, please choose one of the first three options:

1.) Pre-pay for 12 months with a 5% discount. This only applies for payments made by check or cash. Just multiply your monthly rent by 12, deduct 5%, and remit the balance. Please include your account number and the words, “12 mo. pre-pay” on your check.

2.) Automatic monthly credit card charge (Visa, MC, Discover, & American Express)

3.) Automatic monthly ACH checking account debit

If one of the above options are not chosen, the customer must agree to allow a copy of their credit card information to remain on file for the purpose of payment in the event of delinquency (payments are delinquent following the 15th day of the current month). The customer agrees to have the delinquent payment charged to this credit card, along with any assessed finance charges (minimum of $5.00 or 1½ % per month, 18% per annum). The following options will require that credit card information remain on file in the event of delinquency:

6.) Monthly paper invoicing via US Postal Service is only an option under special circumstances that need to be explained to our office. A $3.00 service charge will be applied for this service. Please contact us if our other billing/payment options are prohibitive and you require paper invoicing.

*NOTE: Monthly invoices are due by the 1st of each month and delinquent after the 15th.
After the 15th of the month, accounts are subject to an 18% APR finance charge (or a $5.00 minimum fee).
